 wxbase: fix building of dependent packages with CONFIG_AUTOREMOVE 
The installed wx-config script hardcodes paths back into PKG_BUILD_DIR (.../lib/wx/config/../../..), which consumers like amule rely on at configure time, so it must survive CONFIG_AUTOREMOVE.

Renewed packages from openwrt-oldpackages feed which was abandoned by OpenWrt guys modified for entware.
